Course Overview
This course has been developed following a series of successful webinars featuring conversations with leading change makers. The workshop is co-hosted and will be exploring, Privilege, Allyship, Discrimination, Intersectionality, Unconscious Bias, Stereotyping and much more. It is aimed at those working in the private, public, social purpose, voluntary and community sectors and is relevant to all staff including volunteers, practitioners, staff, managers, and frontline staff in people facing positions.
Course Aims
The overall aim of the course is to help us get a better, more in-depth understanding of the various forms of racism and racial bias. The course is co-delivered by myself and a person from a different ethic background.We explore, how as an older white man, I look at the world compared to the lived experience of my co presenter. We do a deep dive into Privilege, Allyship, Discrimination, Intersectionality, Unconscious Bias, Stereotyping and much more.

This course is available as a 2- or 3-hour session. The workshop is only available online since the co-presenters are based in Europe or America.
