Course Overview
This course has been developed following a series of successful webinars featuring conversations with leading change makers.  The workshop is co-hosted and will be exploring, Privilege, Allyship, Discrimination, Intersectionality, Unconscious Bias, Stereotyping and much more.  It is aimed at those working in the private, public, social purpose, voluntary and community sectors and is relevant to all staff including volunteers, practitioners, staff, managers, and frontline staff in people facing positions.

Course Aims
The overall aim of the course is to help us get a better, more in-depth understanding of the various forms of racism and racial bias.  The course is co-delivered by myself and a person from a different ethic background.We explore, how as an older white man, I look at the world compared to the lived experience of my co presenter.  We do a deep dive into Privilege, Allyship, Discrimination, Intersectionality, Unconscious Bias, Stereotyping and much more.

This course has been developed following a series of successful webinars featuring conversations with leading change makers.  The workshop is co-hosted and will be exploring the complicated and emotive subject of Transgender.  It is aimed at those working in the private or public sector and in voluntary community space.  However, it is relevant to anyone wishing to explore the issue of Transgender in the current climate. 

Course Aims
The overall aim of the course is to help us get a better, more in-depth understanding of the issues facing people struggling to come to terms with their personal identity and gender when that does not correspond with their birth sex.  The course is co-delivered by myself and a person with lived experience who intends to transition, are transitioning or have transitioned.  We explore, how I as an older white man struggle with some of these issues and invite you to learn alongside me as we take this journey together.  With my co presenter.  We do a deep dive into what it means to be non-binary or a transsexual person.
