Overview

The workshop explores how society views disability today.  We will be looking at the harmful stereotypes disabled people face and how negative language frames the narrative.  We will look at the many barriers and challenges that the disability community have to deal with.  We will then examine our own attitudes and bias, and how we can engage, interact and engage authentically with people with a disability.
