Corporate Training

Corporate training in Inclusion.

Whilst, as you can see, a great deal of my work revolves around sport. It is by no means my only area of interest. I am passionate about equality and inclusion in all areas of life.
I am proud to be associated with fabulous organisations that promote equality and diversity, such as the Diversity Trust, which offers training such as, Diversity in Practice. Working with Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Trans (LGBT) Communities. I encourage diversity in the workplace and my corporate workshop cover areas such as supporting and motivating staff, mental health, and wellbeing in the workplace and building a resilient workforce.

I am deeply committed to exploring subjects like unconscious bias and the, sometimes very deep-rooted origins of bias, stereotypes, and prejudice.

Please feel free to reach out if this is an area of interest to you or your organisation.

Adapted and bespoke training for companies large and small.

I currently offer a number of in-person and online training corporate workshops. These cover subjects such as safeguarding, equality & diversity, building resilience, and mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
